Shipping Policy

We want your order in your hands as quickly as possible. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment it arrives at your door.


Pre-Orders

A pre-order means your item is on its way to our fulfilment centre but hasn't arrived yet. You can still place your order now and we'll ship it as soon as stock lands — typically on or close to the date shown on the product page. If anything changes with your estimated dispatch date, we'll email you straight away.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

During sales, launches, and peak holiday periods (November–January), processing times may extend slightly. We'll always keep you informed.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after you receive this email.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships fully tracked. Your tracking link will be in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days from dispatch, reach out and we'll chase it down for you.


Duties, Taxes & Customs

Product prices do not include import duties or customs taxes that may be applied at your country's border. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • New Zealand — GST included at checkout. No additional import duties on personal care products.
  • United States — Orders under USD $800 are generally duty-free under the federal de minimis threshold.
  • Canada — GST/HST may apply depending on province and order value.
  • United Kingdom — Import VAT and customs duties may apply on orders above applicable thresholds.

Packages refused or abandoned at customs cannot be refunded or reshipped.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you spot an error, email us at hello@foranaturals.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do everything we can to correct it before dispatch. We can't guarantee changes once your order has been collected by our carrier.

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, reshipping costs are at the customer's expense.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation email. Include your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice, no hassle.


Returns & Refunds
